Work do, club party or a big family get-together, the clubhouse at the Weald is a private room with its own fully stocked bar, free parking and space for a DJ, a few minutes from Brentwood town centre.

Warm, private and yours for the night
The 2024 refit added new heating, insulation and flooring, so the room is properly warm in December. You get the whole room and your own bar, rather than a roped-off corner of a busy pub.
Food, drink and music
Bring your own caterer or a festive buffet. The club bar can be staffed so guests pay as they go, or set up a tab for your team. Music runs until 00:30.
Book early
December Friday and Saturday nights are the first dates to go. Weeknights in December and January are easier to get and cost less.

- Bar staffed by the club at no extra charge for events of 40 or more guests. Smaller events £75 for bar staff.
- Dry hire (no club bar) adds £100.
- Refundable damage deposit of £100 on evening and full-day hires.
- Club members receive 20% off room hire.

Can we set up a bar tab?
Yes. Agree a limit in advance and we will run it on the night.
Can we decorate?
Yes, within the hire terms. No confetti, glitter or naked flames.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes, free off-road parking beside the clubhouse. Please plan taxis for anyone drinking.
How many people can we bring?
Up to 100 guests inside, with more by arrangement using a marquee on the grounds.
