Milestone birthday coming up? The clubhouse at Brookweald Cricket Club gives you a private room with its own bar, space for a DJ or a band, and parking right outside, all a few minutes from Brentwood town centre.

Your own room and your own bar
The whole room is yours for the night. The club can staff the bar so your guests pay as they go, or you can arrange a tab or dry hire. There is space for a buffet and a dance floor. Bring your own caterer, cake and decorations.
Evenings and weekends
Evening hire runs from 18:00, with music finishing at 00:30 and the room clear by 01:00. Friday and Saturday nights from October to March are the most popular, so book early.
Summer parties with a view
In summer, the room opens onto the square and Weald Park. On days without a home fixture, a summer party can spill outside for photos and drinks by arrangement.
Evening parties are for guests aged 21 and over. Daytime children's parties are welcome.

- Bar staffed by the club at no extra charge for events of 40 or more guests. Smaller events £75 for bar staff.
- Dry hire (no club bar) adds £100.
- Refundable damage deposit of £100 on evening and full-day hires.
- Club members receive 20% off room hire.

Can we have a DJ?
Yes. Music must finish by 00:30.
Can we bring our own drinks?
When the club bar is open, drinks are served by the bar. Dry hire is available if you would rather make your own arrangements.
Do you have tables and chairs?
Yes. Tables and chairs are included, and we set up before you arrive.
How many people can we invite?
Up to 100 guests inside, with more by arrangement using a marquee on the grounds.
