What you get
A single open room you can set up boardroom, classroom or cabaret style, with free Wi-Fi. It has air conditioning and heating from the 2024 refit, step-free access, and a bar that can serve tea, coffee or something stronger at the end of the day. Free off-road parking is right outside, which is rare this close to Brentwood town centre.
Good for
Team away days, training courses, residents' and community group meetings, AGMs, interviews and workshops. Local businesses and charities use the room for regular monthly meetings too.

Daytime hire
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, minimum 2 hours
Meeting half day
Up to 4 hours, Monday to Friday
- Bar staffed by the club at no extra charge for events of 40 or more guests. Smaller events £75 for bar staff.
- Dry hire (no club bar) adds £100.
- Refundable damage deposit of £100 on evening and full-day hires.
- Club members receive 20% off room hire.
