After the service, bring everyone back to the Weald. Our clubhouse is a bright, private room with its own fully stocked bar and a view over the cricket square, with off-road parking and step-free access, a few minutes from Brentwood town centre.

Room for the whole family
It is one open room, so grandparents, godparents and friends are all in the same space. There is room for a buffet, a cake table and a quiet corner for the baby. You can bring your own caterer, and the bar can be staffed by the club or left to you.
Outside space when the weather is kind
Twelve acres of Weald Park sit either side of the pavilion. On a fine day, family photos by the square and a bit of space for children to run about are part of the appeal. Outdoor use is by arrangement, so just mention it in your enquiry.
Comfortable all year
The 2024 refit added new flooring, heating, air conditioning and insulation, so the room works for a February christening as well as a June one.

Daytime hire
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, minimum 2 hours

Up to 4 hours, daytime, any day
- Bar staffed by the club at no extra charge for events of 40 or more guests. Smaller events £75 for bar staff.
- Dry hire (no club bar) adds £100.
- Refundable damage deposit of £100 on evening and full-day hires.
- Club members receive 20% off room hire.

Can we decorate the room?
Yes, within the hire terms. Balloons, bunting and table decorations are all fine. We ask for no confetti or glitter.
Is there space for pushchairs?
Yes. Access is step-free and there is room to park pushchairs inside.
Can children play outside?
Yes, with adult supervision, by arrangement on non-match days.
How many guests can we invite?
Up to 100 guests inside, with more by arrangement using a marquee on the grounds.
