Brookweald vs Galleywood Galleywood won by 4 wickets
Galleywood travelled to Brookweald trying to continue their recent good form.
Winning the toss Galleywood invited Brookweald to bat and soon had them 22-5 with Hicks and M. Cockrell removing most of the top order. A solid partnership of 73 between Shaikh 47 and Chapman 67 was putting Brookweald to a more respectable score and some late hitting got them to 170ao in the 44th over. Matt Cockrell finishing with 3-19.
Galleywood lost an early wicket in reply, but A. Cockrell and Adams chipped away at the score putting away the bad ball. A couple of quick wickets fell but Adams 71 was composed in getting Galleywood within touching distance. 3 quick wickets in the last few overs made it close however the woods chased the score 6 down in the 42nd over.
JP picking up 2 late wickets but finch the best of the bunch economically with 1-35 off his 9.
